Volunteer for the Expo
We are seeking volunteers for the Annual U.S. Sport Aviation Expo to be held January 20-23, 2016 at the Sebring Regional Airport. Our Annual Expo will be bigger and better than ever! The continued success of the Expo can be largely attributed to the special people who return each year to help. In fact, the U.S. Sport Aviation Expo is known throughout the aviation community for the “friendliness” of our dedicated volunteers.
There are many volunteer opportunities available such as driving a shuttle van, selling admission tickets, monitoring entrance/exit gates, directing attendees from the Information Booth, or simply smiling and answering questions in the Hospitality area. All volunteers receive a 4-Day Expo Event and Parking Pass. New volunteers to the Expo also receive a T-Shirt to wear when working during the event and their choice of a cap or a visor.
It is time to start thinking seriously about where you’d like to volunteer at Expo, and there’s something new this year. In order to simplify scheduling process, the Expo is using an online program for volunteers to sign up and chose their volunteer locations and the days they wish to volunteer. Simply click on the “Volunteer” button below and follow the instructions to make your volunteer choices. Note that each opportunity is listed for each day of the event, so be sure to sign up for all the days you wish to volunteer. If you have questions, you may e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
