Volunteer for the Expo
We are seeking volunteers for the Annual U.S. Sport Aviation Expo to be held January 20-23, 2016 at the Sebring Regional Airport. Our Annual Expo will be bigger and better than ever! The continued success of the Expo can be largely attributed to the special people who return each year to help. In fact, the U.S. Sport Aviation Expo is known throughout the aviation community for the “friendliness” of our dedicated volunteers.
There are many volunteer opportunities available such as driving a shuttle van, selling admission tickets, monitoring entrance/exit gates, directing attendees from the Information Booth, or simply smiling and answering questions in the Hospitality area. All volunteers receive a 4-Day Expo Event and Parking Pass. New volunteers to the Expo also receive a T-Shirt to wear when working during the event and their choice of a cap or a visor.
It is time to think Expo, but if you are a returning (or new) volunteer, please hold that thought! Expo is in the process of automating the volunteer registration and scheduling process and should be ready by the end of September. In the interim, please save these dates:
